We are looking for two high-calibre senior consultants — one specialising in façades and one in sustainability — to join our growing team. These roles can be based in the UK (preferred) or Dubai, depending on the candidate’s experience and ambition.

Role Overview
-
You will take a senior technical role within your discipline (Façades or Sustainability), delivering high-quality work, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building strong relationships with clients and architects.

You will also contribute to the long-term development of Eumada’s presence in the UK.

Responsibilities
-
Lead technical delivery in either façades or sustainability, depending on your expertise.
-
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, architects, and design teams.
-
Coordinate with internal disciplines (acoustics, building physics, BIM, etc.).

Prepare and review detailed reports, models, specifications, and design packages.
-
Identify opportunities for business development across the UK and Middle East.

Contribute to QA/QC and mentor junior team members.

Uphold Eumada’s high standards and values across all workstreams.
Skills and Experience
Façade applicants:
-
5+ years façade consultancy/design experience.
-
Strong detailing and technical delivery capability.
-
Coordination with architects, structure, MEP, and contractors.
-
Experience with CAD/Revit; site experience is a strong plus.
Sustainability applicants:
-
5+ years sustainability consultancy experience.
-
Strong knowledge of modelling tools, LCA, ratings, and regional standards.

Experience in both UK and Middle East sustainability frameworks is advantageous.

Senior Façade Designer and BIM Lead (Dubai)
Join Our Team as a Senior Façade Designer and BIM Lead!
Are you an experienced façade designer with a deep understanding of façade systems and a passion for technical excellence? Do you thrive on solving complex challenges and contributing to high-profile architectural projects? We’re looking for a Senior Façade Designer and BIM Lead to join our growing team in Dubai. (We may be open to freelancing remote arrangements for the right candidate). In this role, you’ll work on technically demanding and architecturally ambitious buildings, collaborating with leading architects and engineers to develop elegant, buildable solutions. If you have solid experience across a variety of façade typologies and are ready to take ownership of detailed design stages, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of detailed façade design packages for curtain walls, skylights, rainscreens, balustrades, and special structures.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical interfaces and deliver coordinated solutions.

Translate architectural intent into technically sound and buildable systems.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal design reviews.

(Optional) Support the development of Revit-based workflows and detail libraries if skilled in BIM.
Skills
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in façade design, with a proven track record delivering complex façade systems from concept through to construction.

Strong technical understanding of façade system build-ups, materials, tolerances, fixings, waterproofing, thermal and acoustic considerations.

Ability to produce precise 2D and 3D design details using AutoCAD and Revit.

Experience working on site and/or with contractors during construction is a strong advantage.
